Storytellers Theatre Camp: Reclaiming Imagination

Storytellers camp is back and welcoming new students! We will celebrate community and creativity through drama, movement, music and visual art through this year's theme: Reclaiming Imagination.
Our morning session will be devoted to our Elementary school-aged students where we will explore transform from our favorite children's books From page to stage.
Our afternoon session will offer our older and mature students with a more acting intensive camp will end with a joint family/community celebration and showcase performance on July 20th from 5:30-7:00 pm.
Camp Instructor, Alisha Jean Bond, has a Master of Arts degree in Theatre Practice and Performance from Miami University. She attended The American Musical and Dramatic Academy in New York City and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Musical Theatre from Siena Heights University. Her most recent works include Kate in Miami University Theatre Department’s production of The Wild Party, Velma in Chicago, and Eponine in Les Miserables at the Historic Crowell Opera House in Adrian, Michigan. Along with her passion for Musical Theatre, she comes from a long line of educational theatre advocates and strives to support growth in children and young adults by exploration, play, hard work and building community.
