The third floor of the Community Arts Center houses 31 studios for local artists. Originally dorm rooms the studios average about 150 square feet with 1 or 2 closets for storage. Artists renting the studios may decorate or finish their studios at their own expense. 

To rent space at OCAC, artists must agree to open their studios for tours and other events and participate in Arts Center activities and volunteer work days. The artists at OCAC have joined together to form the Artists’ Collaborative.
